Buster Brown's Pranks was published in 1905, in New York City at Frederick A. Stores Publishing Company. The author, Richard F. Outcault, previously published in newspapers before creating a comic book. He is also famous for creating the Yellow Kid. This specific book follows Buster Brown and Teige through their life adventures in New York City in the early 1900, in an upper middle class family. Throughout the comics Buster is seen playing various pranks on people around him, and facing the consequences. There are 30 pages of colorized comics within this book.
